Securing a plot of land
Cadastral identification
Before anything else, we check that the plot on the ground really is the one on your paperwork: plot number, NICAD reference, surface area.
Why it matters : The plot you were shown is not always the one described in your documents — wrong location, smaller area, incorrect reference. This is the check to run before you spend anything else.
Boundary survey by a licensed surveyor
An official surveyor marks out and pegs your land precisely. The legal document that proves where your property begins and ends.
Why it matters : Without a boundary survey, a dishonest seller can resell all or part of your land. The surveyor's report is your only legal protection.
Land fencing
We arrange for a simple, solid fence to be put up, so your plot is physically marked out and visible to everyone.
Why it matters : An unfenced plot is vulnerable. A fence deters illegal occupation and clearly marks your boundaries.
Monitoring your land
We visit your land on a regular schedule to check that it is intact, unoccupied and in good condition. A photo report is sent to you after every visit.
Enquiries and information gathering : At every visit we ask around locally to pick up any attempt to resell, occupy or lay claim to your land.
Clear, honest plans
Three annual plans, whichever rhythm puts your mind at rest: monthly, every two months or quarterly, from €45 to €55 per visit. Or a single visit at €69, with no commitment.

A relative does what they can, when they can, with their phone. We come at a guaranteed frequency, with dedicated equipment, we make enquiries on the ground, we write a report — and above all we bring an outside eye with no personal stake in anything happening locally. Neutrality has a value, and that is precisely what you are paying for.
No. These three services are ordered one at a time, with no subscription. Many clients start with the cadastral identification, then take out a monitoring plan once the land has been surveyed and fenced.
Each can be ordered on its own, but the order matters: cadastral identification first, to confirm that the plot on the ground is the one in your documents — that is the check to run before any other spending. Then the boundary survey, which officially fixes your limits, then the fence, whose length is worked out from the survey plan.
Because the price depends on your land: its surface area, its location and, for fencing, the exact run to cover — which comes from the survey plan. We consult our partners, we send you a costed quote before any work starts, and you decide from there. No vague estimate that doubles along the way.
Subscriptions and one-off services alike cover Dakar and its immediate suburbs. For Thiès or another city in Senegal, travel costs are added and appear in the quote — no surprises on the invoice.
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA transfer. You are invoiced in euros, whatever your country of residence in Europe.
Unused visits do not carry over to the following month, but we always remind you mid-month so you can schedule them.
