Frequently asked questions
At every visit, an agent goes to your plot, takes photos and films a confirmation video, makes enquiries and gathers information, and files a written report in your client area: the state of the land, the fence and the boundary markers, and anything reported locally. Beforehand, three services quoted on request complete the process: cadastral identification, a boundary survey by a licensed surveyor, and fence installation.
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA transfer. You are invoiced in euros, whatever your country of residence in Europe.
Because monitoring only makes sense over time: it is following a plot over several months that reveals an occupation, an encroachment or a moved boundary marker — not a single isolated visit. Paying for the year lets us block out your dates in advance and guarantee them. If you would rather try us first, the €69 one-off visit is there for that: the amount is deducted in full from your plan if you subscribe within 30 days.
You can move up in frequency at any time: you pay only the difference, pro rata for the remaining months. Moving to a less frequent plan takes effect at the end of your year.
The schedule of your visits is set when you sign up and visible in your client area. If one of them cannot be carried out for a reason on our side, it is rescheduled to a date agreed with you; if it cannot happen before the end of your year, you are refunded pro rata.

Our subscriptions cover Dakar and its immediate suburbs. For another city in Senegal, travel costs are added, and a quote is sent to you before each visit, with no surprises.
